Do you accept returns?

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges

If you have any issues, please contact us within: 3 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations.
However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged, owing to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot ever accept returns for:

Customised, sized or personalised orders

Intimate items (hygiene reasons) i.e Earrings

Items on sale

Where we have accepted a return under exceptional circumstances, please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

We endeavour to prepare and ship your order in 1-2 business days.

UK 1-2 business days

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method ( unless otherwise requested, this will be Royal Mail)

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays owing to Customs and Excise enquiries.

Do you offer a payment plan where you can pay by instalments?

We appreciate that jewellery of this quality is an investment purchase. Feel free to ask about payment via instalments. Any purchase made under instalment will be subject to an initial 33% deposit followed by one to two further instalments, over a maximum period of 3 months. Your jewellery will be dispatched only after 100% of the purchase price has been paid. Items cannot be held for longer than 3 months. If the balance owing is not paid in full, by the end of the 3 month period, the arrangement will be cancelled. A 25% (of the total purchase price) cancellation/restock charge will be deducted. The balance will be returned, subject to currency charges.Sale items cannot be placed on a payment plan and need to be fully funded on purchasing.
